How can I set the banner on the journey?

Summary:

Currently Currently, in our lower environments, the banner for a new journey is showing the background image on the far right and then extends a gradient of a color from that image to the left to cover the rest of the banner. In our live environment, the banner is showing a zoomed in version of that background image. We'd rather have the image on the far right with the gradient color stretched to the left. What is the difference that I'm missing in the config?
