Testing Journey Tasks Scheduled After One Month

Hello,

We are currently in UAT, and the users would like to test how employees will be able to view journeys that include tasks scheduled one month after the hire date or conversion to employee.

Could you please advise how we can effectively test this scenario? At the moment, most of our records are still in Pending Worker status, and even if we convert them to employees today, we would have to wait for a month to validate this.

I believe there might be an alternative approach or a recommended way to simulate or test this without waiting for the actual duration. Could you please guide us on how this can be achieved?
