Journey not assigned even after the employee is past the hire date

Hello,
I have an employee who is hired on 11/12/2025 and we have a journey called 'After 1 month' which needs to be assigned to employee but its been way past a month and i still do not see the journey assigned or in their allocate checklist options. All other task such as 'preboarding' or 'day1 'is assigned but i don't see 'after 1 month' being assigned.
