How to assign task awaiting allocation
in Journeys

Hello
I noticed that some employees have tasks marked as “Awaiting Allocation” under their journeys. However, they have already completed all the required tasks, and they are currently unable to view any pending tasks.
Could you please clarify how these tasks are allocated? Is there any manual intervention required, or should this happen automatically?
As per the template, these tasks are supposed to be allocated after the “Hire” action. I just wanted to check if I might be missing something here or if there’s an additional step involved.
