HR able to approve EOI pending action even after due date
Summary:
Hi,
We have a setup for the voluntary plans where the EOI for the coverage amount increase has to be provided. We have a due date of 31 days from enrollment start for the Proof coverage EOI to be provided.
However, if I process an event and try to approve the EOI after the due date, I am still able to approve it.
Is it happening because I am doing this with the HR priviledge or is this an issue?
Also, if a due date is passed for a pending action, does it have to be manually cleaned by the HR? Right now, I see that they are still there in the employee record with suspended enrollment and stop any subsequent life event from processing.
