Offboarding Journey Task notification are going to initiator not the performer

in Journeys

Summary:

For Offboarding Journey task, HR does backdated termination means HR initiates termination on 11-March-2026 and termination date is 06-Feb-2026 for an employee.

If Initiator(HR) is Owner and Performer is Line Manager for the task, Reminder and Notifications are going to HR who has initiated the termination not the line Manager who is the Performer. Could someone advice why is it so?
