Loss of eligibility does not change option to Single

Summary:

Hi,

Loss of eligibility triggers does not change option to single. Example

If employee is enrolled in Family option with child, loss of eligibility life event end date the child as the child lost eligibility

but it does switch the option to single. We have the family member rule configured for the plan.

Any thoughts on this?
