Account and account site merge with in same party

Scenario: I would like to merge customer accounts and site, see below example. I couldn't find any function in Fusion cloud to perform account merge, could someone help please?

Party A
Party Site A1
Account A1.1
Account Site A1.1.1

Party B
Party Site B1
Account B1.1
Account Site B1.1.1

Steps performed for Manual Merge (Receivables): This merged party but moved the account and account sites to the survivor (A)
Navigate to Billing > Manage Customers.
Search for the duplicate customer accounts.
Select a customer and choose Merge Record from the actions menu.
Select the original (Master) record and the duplicate (Merge-From) record.
