Journey Status not updating in production after load

Summary:
We tried using both HDL and HSDL to force complete a journey but in our non-production we are seeing the status change to Complete. However, when we run the same HDL or HSDL in production, it is not changing the status and it remains as open. When you click into the journey in production it does show force complete but the status is not showing that.
