Override Employee on a Monthly Benefit Usage Request

Summary:

We currently have a benefit that can be used monthly by employees. Each time the benefit is used, a request or enrollment transaction is generated.

Our business requirement is the following:

• Every month, when the benefit is used, we need to override or change the employee who is associated with the request.
• This override is not permanent; it applies only to the specific monthly usage of the benefit.

We would like to know:

1. Is it possible to override or change the employee linked to a benefit usage or request using HDL (HCM Data Loader)?
2. If so, which object(s)
