Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my compute instance in the eu-marseille-1 region.

My instance was running normally, but after a scheduled maintenance event (Reference: eefa0170), it was stopped. Since then, the instance is now in a disabled state.

When I try to start it, I receive the following error:

"Unable to start instance: Instance is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable."

Additional details:

  • Instance OCID: ocid1.instance.oc1.eu-marseille-1.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • Region: France South (Marseille)
