We have hired one person the hire date is 13th April through ORC, and we terminated the same person on the same day, and we rehired the same person on 14th April, when we rehired the rehire journey didn't triggered to person.

Configuration of rehire checklist:-

Before your 1st day checklist ( Enterprise Onboarding Step ) = The action name is " Add Pending Work Relationship"

On your 1st day checklist ( Enterprise Onboarding Step ) = The action name is " Rehire an employee "

Onboarding checklist ( Enterprise Onboarding ) = The action name is "Add Pending Work Relationship "

And we have verified in transaction console the checklist occurrence record got created, and checked in journey console the status is showing as "
