Instance is in maintainance failed state and will not start

I have an ampere instance ocid1.instance.oc1.iad.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in ashburn region which was scheduled for maintenance.

The status is in "maintenance failed" state. Now it won't start.

I have a free account so I can't open a support ticket either. i can't terminate and recreate instance either since these instances are hard to come by.

What do I do ?

EDIT: After couple of hours the instance started on it's own. Phew.
