Triggering a Journey Based on Employee Birthday Event

Hi,

We would like to understand whether it is possible to trigger an HCM Journey automatically based on an employee’s birthday (i.e., using the date of birth as an event trigger).

We are aware the fact that Nudge can be triggered by that exact event.
also to the fact that Journey become more flixible and let you configure events based on attributes.

Is there any out-of-the-box functionality to support this type of event-based journey?
