While invoking/running the ESS Job "Tax Configuration Content Upload", it goes into Retrying Status

While invoking/running the ESS Job "Tax Configuration Content Upload" from Scheduled Processes/OIC, it goes into "Retrying" Status and then subsequently errors out without any logs generated

We are using the Tax Implementation Workbook template to load the Country and the Tax Registration Number for the Customers. When we upload the file from Manage Tax Regimes-> Rapid Setups Spreadsheets-> Upload Tax Implementation Workbook. This works successfully.

 

But when we use the FBDI Approach, using Scheduled Processes/through OIC, it goes into "Retrying" Status and then subsequently errors out without any logs generated.
