Family member rule does not consider ineligible contacts

Hi,

I have included family member rule for the plan, however, if we have a contact which has a valid contact type (relationship) but not eligible , it still shows the Family option.

Ideally, it should not show Family option if it does not have eligible dependents.

Any thoughts anyone?
