Disable offboarding journey based on backdated termination transaction

Hi All,

We have the requirement to not to trigger the offboarding Journey if HR initiated backdated termination.

e.g. - HR initiates termination on 11-March-2026 but the effective date of termination is 06-Feb-2026. Then how can we stop the Offboarding Journey to trigger in this case

How can we achieve this. Can someone help?
