hyperlink of contact page in post election edit error message

Hi Team,

As per our business requirement, we need to have hyperlink of benefits contact page in post election edit error message so that employee can click on the hyperlink to reach the contact page and update the missing detail for the contact. This message will pop up when emp is trying to cover any contact who doesn't have SSN or have select Non-US national identifier type. Can this be fasible in error messages?
