Workers cannot e-sign (Native Signature) Onboarding Journey task (PER-1532343)

Summary:
I recently configured an onboarding journey and initially tested it successfully— all test cases were able to complete the electronic signature without any issues.
However, when I tested again a few weeks later (prior to going live), I noticed that the electronic signature box is no longer appearing, and I am now encountering an error.
No changes have been made to the task or report since my last successful test, so I’m unsure what may have caused this issue.
