Can't see attachments in Journey Task after they are added to Document of Records

Summary:

We have some tasks in our Journeys (Templates) where the performer can add Attachments which are then added to the Document of Records.

Once this happens the Attachments are no longer visible in the Task for the Performer or Owner.

We would like both to be able to see the attachments in the tasks after they have been added to the Document of Records.
