Benefits Eligibility Start Date

Summary: we have a customer moving out from Legacy System (example Plan System) to Oracle HCM cloud. The Legacy system has the field called Benefits Elgibility Start Date at Person (Employee) level. the customer is not happy with Original Enrollment Start Date at the Plan level. is there a way that we can capture Eligibility Start Date at Person level? or at Program / Plan Level. This is essential for their downstream integration to Payroll system.
