AR Team needs to flag customers as Tax Exempt or Non Exempt at customer account and Site level so that when creating the invoice, AR team can see the customer's tax status and charge tax appropriately.

Business Need - When creating an AR Transaction in oracle Fusion, AR team must be able to see whether the selected customer is tax exempt or non tax exempt - so they can decide whether to add a tax line or memo line to the invoice.

Constraint - Oracle's Tax module is nit enabled or not in use. The solution must work entirely through standard Oracle Fusion Configurations without nay customization or development.
