File Attachment Description Not Appearing in Redwood Knowledge Article

We recently enabled Redwood for Knowledge Authoring. When adding file attachments to a knowledge article, authors can provide a file description which will appear when the article is published. This functionality was working when we initially enabled Redwood; however, it has suddenly stopped working. Regardless of the file attachment description provided, the published version is still reflecting the file name (see screenshots below). I've tried running the Knowledge Content Batch Process and Knowledge Content Search Process as well as content indexing, but with no success. Has anyone else experienced this issue and, if so, how did you resolve it?
