Is there any way to notify all users after publishing a Knowledge Article?
Summary:
We would like to know if there is any built-in functionality in Oracle Knowledge Management to notify all users when a knowledge article is published.
Currently, do we have any option (out-of-the-box or configurable) to automatically send notifications to all relevant users upon publishing a knowledge article?
Please let us know if we have any way to achieve this.
