Journey Advanced Task / Application Task: Control whether Quick Action opens in same tab or new tab

Hi everyone,

we are configuring an Oracle HCM Journey template and have a question regarding the tab behavior for different task types.

In our Journey, we use an Advanced Task that includes a Report. For this Report, we can use the option “Open report on same tab as task”, which works as expected and opens the report within the Journey task context. In our setup, this option is visible in the Advanced Task configuration under the Report section.  

However, we also use a Quick Action / Application Task. When the user opens this task, the Quick Action opens in the same browser tab as the Journey. For this Quick Action/Application Task, we would like the opposite behavior: the Journey should remain open, and the Quick Action should open in a separate tab or window.
