Alert Planner/Capacity Manager When Technician Status Shows Red/Orange via Collaboration Channel

Summary:
We are currently conducting a POC to identify whether we can send alerts through the Collaboration channel when a technician status shows Red or Orange.
We are retrieving this data using the following Oracle Field Service API:

Get Position History of a Resource
/rest/ofscCore/v1/resources/{resourceId}/positionHistory

The API returns status indicators such as:

• earlyStart – The activity was started far from its assigned location (Red)
• lateFinish – The activity was completed far from its assigned location (Red)
• leftLocation – The resource left the activity location during working time (Red)
