Onboarding Journey - Tasaks are assigned for Initiator insted of AoR or line Manager

Summary:

We have a new hire who is scheduled to start on 17 May 2026, and we are manually assigning the onboarding journey for this employee. The journey includes tasks for various teams such as Facilities, IT, the line manager, and HR.

When attempting to assign the journey, we noticed that we cannot directly assign it to the employee unless we first change the assignment date to the employee’s start date (17 May 2026). After doing so, the employee becomes selectable. However, once the employee is selected, we revert the assignment date back to today (12 May 2026) in order to proceed with the assignment.
