Not able to see published articles in Knowledge Search in Service Request (Redwood UI)
Summary:
We are facing an issue where Knowledge Search within Service Requests (Redwood UI) is not returning any results, even though the articles are already published and available in the Knowledge Base.
The same articles are visible and available to search in My Knowledge tab. However, they are not appearing in the Knowledge Search inside Service Requests.
I have already performed the following steps:
- Scheduled and executed Knowledge-related jobs ( Knowledge Content Batch Process and Knowledge Search Batch Process)
- Ran indexing multiple times using:
- Manage Knowledge Authoring Search
But the issue still persists.
Can anyone help us to fix this issue,
