How do I remove the Before you Enroll quick action on benefits landing page in 26A

Can I remove the quick action 'Before you enroll' from the list on the right-hand side of benefits landing page? I am in 26A, and we are just implementing redwood. I was able to disable several other quick actions using page properties in VB, but there doesn't seem to be a way to disable that particular quick action. I saw other notes about removing it in a sandbox, but that was from a year ago and wasn't sure if the answer was still valid.
