Guidance Required for Auto Completion of Checklist Tasks

Hi Team,

We have a business requirement related to Oracle Fusion Journeys/Checklist tasks.

Requirement:
If the assigned associate/SPOC does not complete the checklist task before the due date, the task status should automatically move to Completed or Auto Completed instead of “Expired.”

Currently, after the due date, the task status is showing as “Expired.”

Could anyone please confirm:

  • Whether this requirement is feasible in Oracle Fusion.
  • Is there any standard functionality/configuration available to achieve this.
  • Can this be handled through Journey setup, Task configuration, BPM/workflow, or any customization.

Any suggestions or related documentation/KM notes would be helpful.
