Support Required to Restrict Create/Edit Organization Access in CDM

Hi Team,
We have a requirement in Oracle Fusion Customer Data Management (CDM) to provide users with view-only access for Organizations. Users should not be able to create or edit Organizations.
To achieve this, we created a custom role by copying the seeded “Customer Data Steward” role and removed the privileges related to Create Organization access. We are also trying to remove Edit Organization access so that users only have view access.
After removing the create privilege, users are unable to create Organizations, which is expected. However, the “+ Create” icon is still visible on the Organizations page, and when users click it, the following error appears:
