Summary:

We are currently evaluating options for collecting and processing W-4 information as part of our Preboarding process and would appreciate insights from customers who have implemented similar requirements.

Since Oracle's native W-4 functionality is available only when Oracle Payroll is implemented, we are evaluating alternative approaches for customers not using Oracle Payroll.

We would like to understand:

  1. Does Oracle provide any standard adapter, partner integration, or prebuilt solution for collecting and transmitting W-4 information when Oracle Payroll is not implemented?
  2. Are there any recommended best practices for invoking W-4 processing during the Pending Worker stage, such as through Journeys, deep links, or integrations?
