Why am I unable to assign a duplicate resolution request to my user?
I am currently trying to use the 'merge account' action from the redwood account list view. This generates a duplicate resolution request which needes to be assigned so that it can be 'accepted/rejected. However, I do not see my user only 2 colleague users.
Currently lost where to find the correct privileges (apart from the one I assigned myself to see 'customer data management' section).
- Also ran the ESS jobs:
- Send Pending LDAP Requests (what it does: Manages requests to create or update users, roles and role grants in LDAP.)
- Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes (what it does: Synchronizes users, roles, and role grants with definitions in LDAP.)
