Seeded Benefits Alert Composers are not getting triggered

Summary:

I have enabled Life Event Approval notifications and enabled the Alert Composers. However, when an employee initiates a LE and when an administrator approves the Self Initiated LE, the notifications were not getting triggered. Please advise if you have encountered such issues. Thanks
