Hi team,

Our client wants to conduct Open enrollment in multiple waves. The idea is to open up the window for a set of employees from 11/02/2026 - 11/13/2026 and the other set of employees from 11/09/2026 - 11/20/2026. The identification of these set of employees is through their business units.

Just wanted to check if anyone has followed this approach before and what are the challenges which might come up in this approach. I know that there is no business unit criteria while running the scheduled event participation process, so we might need custom person selection fast formulas to identify the employees based on their business units.
