Is it possible to uncheck the 'Reuse the exisitng named objects' while importing program

Which trying to run an import process, it is throwing the following error, JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000019821354 null null ] in PersonChangeLogical
PersonChange: JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000019821354 null null ] in PersonChangeLogicalJBO-BEN:::BEN_PDLER_PER_CHGS_NOT_UNIQUE: The defined person changes must be unique across the enterprise. Either create a unique set of defined person changes or use an existing one.

There are no fast formulas present in the person change. Please provide any suggestions on what this error is and how to rectify this
