Journey Assignment to past dated terminated employees through Nudge

Hi Team,

We are currently working on a requirement where the Offboarding Journey needs to be assigned through Nudge a specific number of days before the termination date.

The logic is functioning as expected for future-dated and current (sysdate) terminations. However, the journey is not being assigned for employees with past-dated termination dates.

Is there any way to enable or trigger journey assignment via Nudge for past-dated terminations?
