Manually Inputted Hire Receives Full New Hire Journey

Summary:

For our New Hire Journey, which is an enterprise onboarding journey, it is split into two checklists:

• Prehire Checklist - assigned at the pending worker stage
• Start Date Checklist - assigned once the pending worker is converted to an employee

We had a scenario recently where we had to manually hire pending workers (through add a pending worker as opposed to through ORC) and then assign them the new hire journey. The issue is the journey assigned as a whole (prehire & start date checklist) as opposed to just assigning the prehire checklist and then assigning the start date once the pending worker was converted.
