Rename an existing Journey without Setup and Maintenance access

Hi everyone,

currently, if a Journey needs to be renamed, the change can be made through Setup and Maintenance > Checklist Templates. However, the HR users who manage Journeys do not have access to Setup and Maintenance.

Our questions are:

  • Is there any standard way for HR users to rename an existing Journey without accessing Setup and Maintenance?
  • Is there any new feature (recent release) that supports this?
  • Is there any privilege or custom security configuration that would allow only the rename/update of a Journey without granting broader Setup and Maintenance access?
  • If not, what is the Oracle recommended best practice for this scenario?
