State specific tasks are missing in employee's login but it is reflecting under admin's login

Summary:

Hi Experts,
Need your thoughts on this issue. We have two HR Journeys,

1.New Hire Journey

2.Rehire Journey

both are tagged to same eligibility profile for actions(HIRE and REHIRE) and eligibility profile and display properties are same for both the templates.

Both of the journeys are getting assigned to employees based on eligibility on actions.

In Admin's login, There are some normal journey tasks and state specific journey tasks are present.

In Employee's login, Only normal journey tasks are seen and state specific journey tasks are missing.

we noticed a description shown below each state specific tasks as below.
