How to hide Billing section on Benefits Summary page of Redwood

We have a requirement to hide/remove Billing marked yellow in below screen shot.

We have already tried removing Manage Person Benefits Billing privilege from custom role, we also tried using VBS, but none worked.

Please help in achieving this.

Navigation is : My Client Groups→Quick Actions→See More→ Benefits Summary→Search for a person or open any person record→Notice this page
