Guided Journey Visibility Based on User Context

in Journeys 1 comment

Summary:

We have the following requirement for Guided Journey visibility in Redwood Performance Check-Ins:

When the logged-in user is the employee, the Guided Journey should be visible.
When the logged-in user is the manager and accesses the check-in through My Team, the Guided Journey should not be visible.
When the logged-in user is the manager and accesses their own check-in through Me, the Guided Journey should be visible.

Is there a supported way to configure Guided Journey visibility based on whether the user is accessing the page as an employee or as a manager (via My Team), using page variables, task codes, roles, or visibility expressions in Visual Builder Studio?
