Contextual Journey not visible for HR - Resignation Action type

Summary:

Contextual Journey with Resignation Action is getting triggered for the worker, but this contextual journey is not visible for HR from My clientgroups> Journeys>Organization journeys> search with Person number or filter with Category. It shows the Offboarding journey that is triggered once Resignation is done, but not the Resignation Contextual journey. Please help me on this to make it visible to HRs.
