National Identifier section is not displayed when the Family and Emergency Contacts page is opened through an Embedded Application Task in a Journey

We have configured a Journey with an Embedded Application Task that opens the Family and Emergency Contacts page.

When the page is opened through the Embedded Application Task, the National Identifier section is not displayed. However, the section is visible when the same page is accessed directly through Me → Quick Actions → Family and Emergency Contacts or through a standard Application Task.

Our requirement is to allow users to update National Identifiers within the Journey. Has anyone experienced this issue, or is this a known limitation of Embedded Application Tasks?
