Redwood Benefits: Simulate a Life Event for Benefits Administrators

The 26C Upgrade includes a new feature called “Simulate a Life Event for Benefits Administrators.”
Could someone explain how this feature works? I checked it, and it doesn’t seem to be working.

We are getting this error even though there is no future life event open or unprocessed life event:
