Person Benefit Enrollment Report at the Benefits Activity Center

The client offers benefits across multiple countries and has different benefit programs within a country. An employee can be eligible for multiple benefit programs at the same time.

When the user clicks "View Report" in the Benefits Activity Center enrollment page, the expectation is that the report should include all the benefit programs in which the employee is enrolled. However, an issue has been identified.

The client uses separate enrollment forms for different benefit types. For example:

Medical and Vision benefits are grouped under the Medical Program.
Pension benefits are grouped under the Pension Program.

The client's requirement is that when a user clicks "View Report", a separate report should be generated for each benefit program. For example:
