Journey Task Specific Notifications

Summary:

We have a task that we are looking at sending to a shared mailbox. We have been using the 'Combined task notification' for our journey tasks,

We created a new template under 'Task Assigned for Performer' alert which will sent the notification to an email address. I've tried different configuration on the journey template but cannot seem to make it work.

The new alert should only be sent to one journey task, not to the other journey tasks.

  • Does the notification configuration at the Journey Template level override the notification settings configured for individual Journey Tasks?
  • When Send notification when Journey is assigned
