Using Infobip to send WhatsApp and save user's responses

Summary:
Hello! I'm using Infobip to send WhatsApp messages but I wasn't able to save user's responses yet.
Has anyone done this before?
Also, in the App configuration inside de wpp activity of the program, there is a field to insert button payload. Does anybody know how this works?
I want to send a message about an event and two buttons so the user responds "I will attend" or "I won't attend" and save the answers.
