Assigned Journeys are visible in Allocate Checklists page but not coming in Redwood pages

Many of our testers have encountered the below problems -

  1. Testers are unable to see certain journey cards under My Journeys but the tasks within those journeys are coming under My Tasks tab, they are receiving the FYI and email notifications for these journeys but when they click on 'Start Journey', a blank page apperas and it stays that way.
  2. Superusers like us are unable to see these assigned Journeys from My Client Groups >Journeys > Organizational Journeys redwood page against these users.
  3. Superusers can see that these journeys are actually assigned via Allocate Checklists page and also via Journey Allocation Redwood page.
