Hi Team,

We are evaluating a Probation Confirmation process using Oracle Journeys and would like to understand whether the following requirement can be achieved using standard Oracle Fusion HCM functionality.

Business Requirement
We would like to trigger a Probation Confirmation Journey automatically 15 days before an employee's Probation End Date.

The expected process is:

Journey Trigger
The Journey should be automatically triggered/assigned 15 days before the employee's Probation End Date.
We are considering using the predefined probation end date Nudge functionality for this.
